This is a great location and I stay here every year in January. The staff is usually what you'd expect for this level; however, this year multiple people from the conference I was at commented on the lack of service (and friendliness) from the front desk. Also, the service staff at all the restaurants could use some help - especially at the café within the hotel where they just couldn't get anything right for a simple breakfast. They just weren't the professionals that you'd expect from this level of hotel. Traveling as Couple
Valet, Front desk, casino staff, everyone was friendly and quick to meet our needs. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and Jeff was wonderful and upgraded our room free of charge. We dined at the Sierra Cafe, Cutthroat Salon, Lone Eagle Grille and ordered room service, everything was spectacular. We used the pool/spa and were pleased with the size as there were no problems with over crowding.
